Fix Bink Videos Sound Cuts

I got this problem when sounds keep cutting during a cutscenes in Batman: Arkham Asylum and it took me awhile to find the solution. Below is the features needed to be disable to solve the sound problem.

After that, test and see if the problem is solve.


Note: If you are using AMD processor try to find any of the feature on the motherboard that throttles the CPU.

Fixed Resident Evil 5 Cutscene Out Of Sync Audio

1.Go to My Documents\CAPCOM\Resident Evil 5\config.ini.
2.Before opening the file make sure you copy it 1st before doing anything.
3.Open the config.ini file and find the word [SOUNDS].
4.Change the Reverbquality to high and CategoryEQ to OFF.
5.Close and save the file and test the game out.
